A passion for cooking and the love of eating. It's in Italy, that we first went to learn how to make our pizzas with the best pizzaiolle in the world. We import our famous wood burning oven directly from Italy to perfect the quality of our pizzas.

We then go back to Italy to learn how to make our pasta, prepared daily for your satisfaction, simply delicious for your pleasure.

Here at "Un Autre Restaurant" we are also known for our smoked chicken. The Grain fed chickens we prepare are slowly smoked for over 2 hours and grilled to perfection to guarantee the juiciest and tender chickens. We also offer pull pork sandwiches made with fresh bread daily done in house. Don't miss our famous Louisiana style ribs, seasoned with our special dry rub and then slowly smoked for hours to perfection.

All our products are fresh never, frozen and made with all our love.
